General Rental Information
WHAT ITEMS DO YOU RENT?
We primarily rent tabletop items, including dishes, flatware, and glassware. However, we also carry some additional event-related items.
HOW ARE RENTAL ITEMS PACKAGED?
Plates and flatware are rented in multiples, and glassware is rented by the rack. Quantities will be rounded up to the nearest available lot size.
WHAT IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
Our standard rental period is three days (Friday to Monday). Exceptions can be made upon request.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
Yes, a minimum product order of $400 is required to be eligible for delivery.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM? Yes! You can visit our showroom conveniently located at 201 Fairview Road in Gaylord, MI, to touch, feel, and get inspired by our curated selection of vintage rentals. From tableware to unique décor, you can experience the quality firsthand and bring your wedding vision to life. Plus, save when you pick up and deliver your rentals yourself!
Reservation & Payment
HOW DO I RESERVE THE ITEMS?
To reserve items, you must submit a signed agreement and pay a non-refundable retainer. Your rental is not confirmed until this process is complete.
HOW MUCH IS THE NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER?
The non-refundable retainer is 50% of your total rental order. This amount is required to secure your rental items and will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining 50% is due at least 14 days before your event.
CAN I MODIFY MY RENTAL ORDER?
You may modify your order no more than twice after the initial invoice. Within 30 days of the event, only additions or exchanges are allowed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY EVENT?
You may rebook one time within a calendar year of the original date, provided you give at least 30 days' notice. A new invoice will be created based on updated pricing and availability.
Reservation & Payment
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel more than 14 days before the event without rescheduling, you receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable retainer).

If you cancel after the final payment is received, you receive a 20% refund (excluding the non-refundable retainer).

Refunds are issued via check or electronic credit.
Pickup, Delivery & Setup
WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY RENTAL ITEMS?
Pickup is available at our showroom location at 5193 Seymore Rd, Gaylord, MI.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes, we offer two types of delivery:

Full Delivery: We deliver to and pick up from your event location (minimum $400 order, additional fees may apply).

Partial Delivery: We deliver to a pre-arranged satellite location for a reduced fee. The client is responsible for pickup and return.
CAN YOU SET UP AND TEAR DOWN THE ITEMS?
Yes, we offer setup and post-event teardown services for an additional fee.
Item Care & Returns
HOW SHOULD THE RENTAL ITEMS BE RETURNED?
All items must be rinsed and completely free of debris. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate this expectation to their caterer or bartender.

Items must be packed in the provided racks or containers.

Items must be stored in a safe and secure place until return.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?
The client assumes responsibility for all rented items from the time of pickup/delivery until return. Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly.
WHEN MUST THE ITEMS BE RETURNED?
All returns must be made within two days of the event.
Other Policies
WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO VERIFY THE RENTAL COUNTS AT PICKUP OR DELIVERY?
If neither you nor your representative is available, our count will be considered final.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY THE BALANCE ON TIME?
Final payment is due 14 days before the event. Late payments will incur a $75 late fee plus 1% of the unpaid balance per day. If full payment is not received three days before the event, we may cancel the order without refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES (FORCE MAJEURE)?
If an unforeseeable event prevents us from fulfilling the rental, your payments will be credited for use within 12 months. The retainer and other payments remain non-refundable.
CAN I TRANSFER MY RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE?
No, rental agreements cannot be assigned to another party without written consent from both parties.
